Pickup Policy and Abandonment

box All auctions will attempt to state the pickup time and location.
Most auction items will be picked up at 100 South Garden, Ontario, WI, which is the intersection of Hwy 131 and Hwy 33.
On occasion the pickup location will be the site of the consignor, so please check auction details.

We do not provide boxes or packaging for items which are being picked up. We do not provide ropes or strapping.
We do assist with the loading of items. We provide a skid steer for palletized items.

Pickup of items is important. You will have two scheduled days to pick up after the auction ends. Please notify us if you cannot pick up items on those scheduled days, we will try to arrange an alternate pick up day (Sunday normally). Otherwise, if it is not dealt with , a late fee of $35 per item will be applied for each additional week each item is stored ($35 x each item) x week. We are generally easy to deal with if an effort is shown.

Items that are past 4 weeks late become the property of Seventh Deviation, LLC and may at our discretion be put up for auction or disposed of . Abandonment of an item does NOT release the buyer from payment. Seventh Deviation, LLC can attempt to resale the item. Any losses incurred due to buyer abandonment, storage fees, handling, and legal fees still must be paid by the buyer and are chargeable to the credit card on account.

If buyer fails to pay in full, buyer (a) authorizes owner and/or auction company to resell such property at any time at public or private sale, (b) agrees to indemnify owner and/or auction company against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expenses thereof, including attorneys fees allowed by law, if any and (c) agrees to pay auction company interest of 1.5% per month on unpaid balance. Buyer accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the company free from any liabilities including theft of items. The bidder is bound by these terms.
